The year that DeGust was founded, it had a very limited number of cheeses in its range, but since then, the assortment has continued to be extended, year by year and now contains well over a hundred cheese specialities.

The assortment that we are able to offer our customers today is made up of cheeses from many different regions; regions that are capable of offering us interesting and diverse stimulations: from Piedmont to Tuscany, from Lombardy to the regions in the South of Italy and its islands.

Our products´ geography has by now become a map of taste and excellence.

Our range of products also includes a selection of culinary novelties such as rare and peculiar preserves, extra virgin olive oil, pulses from small manufacturers, certain types of salami and the renowned South Tyrolean speck.

As our company philosophy demands, our products exist in harmony with nature, thanks to a method of production that never wavers from the principle of attaining highest quality and bio-diversity. This means, above all, never failing to respect both the limits imposed on us by the different seasons and the complex identity of our small company that allows our suppliers to work as they should.

Another element of particular and growing interest is the selection and direct and exclusive importation into Italy of some international niche products, particularly from Germany and Austria.

These are almost always unknown products but are of organoleptic interest, because they use (which is very rare outside Italy) raw milk which comes almost exclusively from certified and guaranteed organic dairies.
