Who are our target and our customers, what services do we offer?

Up until now we have sold our products mainly to specialised shops (Delicatessens) that want to begin offering, improving or differentiating the range of rare and prestigious cheeses they offer, in order to satisfy the demands of the more curious and exigent customer, as well as
restaurants and smaller traditional eating places that wish to
offer a decent array of cheeses. We also offer consultancy
services to retailers that wish to learn from us and put into
practice what they learn in order to reach new goals.

We sell to high-end pubs, wine shops and bars that wish
to offer “cheese and wine” combinations.

…and last but not least, we sell directly to an ever-growing
number of end-consumers. These are generally people that like
to have new sensorial experiences and thus love trying innovative,
culinary specialities.

DeGust responds to the demands of its more fanatical customers by organising interesting and enthralling guided tasting sessions with the cheeses the company produces and offers.

These sessions are not intended to be boring theoretical illustrations, but cultural events that joyously share the pleasure of the material in question with people that share a passion for it.
