The natural fatness of the cheese is softened by the aging with the mixture of pepper (black, green and Sichuan), the result is a full and balanced flavour. The texture is soft and creamy.

Excellent served as an appetizer or entree  with smoked products and light and spicy wines, both white and red with a good level of acidity.
