Quadrello

The Quattroportoni cheese-factory was born thanks to the will to value buffalo milk and to launch a whole series of traditional cheeses from Padania, enriching their flavors and characteristics with those of the buffalo milk. The texture is soft and creamy, with aromas of caramel and vanilla.
