Organic milk based cheese made in the small Deutschmann cheese factory in Austria. The washing of the rind allows the growth of bacteria that give the typical red color. Produced using organic natural curd without the addition of any industrial salt. The texture is soft and creamy with a flavor between sweet and salty.


Ideal as an aperitif with light and spicy red wines or white wines like Riesling
