Small Toma created on the Valcasotto grazing lands in the Monregalese area, made with milk from cows which get fed local herbs and hay. Nowadays it is produced in the valley as well. The texture is soft, with aromas of aromatic herbs.


Excellent if slightly grilled, medium bodied red wines, cooked vegetables, salad, polenta.
