The mild, refined and aromatic cheese with the distinctive shape of a breast has been produced following an old tradition of an association of sheep farmers in Weiz in Austria. The Schafsbusen cheese is made out of 100 % Austrian sheep milk without any use of biogenetics. The dot on the I is a corn of the Cubeb pepper.
