Losa® con capra
Raw cow milk cheese produced and matured in Valcasotto, Piedmont, by Beppino Occelli. It takes its name after the "scandole", the shingles of the mountain huts which resemble the shape of the cheese itself. The texture is tender and elastic, with a flavor between sweet and salty and aromas of melted butter.
Red wines like Dolcetto d'Alba, cugnà, ideal if used in fondue.
