Cheese produced by the Hohenegger family in the gamsegg-hof farm. The latter is located at the edge of the Lunga Vally at an altitude of 1800m and specialized in biologic raw milk cheeses; the milk is that of Bruna Alpina cows which pasture freely. Washed orange rind and intense meadow aromas which remind us of the Val Venosta historic passion and tradition in cheese making. The texture is soft and elastic.
