Rustico di Braies

This farm is situated in a small valley called Valle di Braies at 1.200 m. altitude. The small dairy farm consists of 80 goats and 10 cows in lactation. Rind with the presence of grey-brown mould, milky white curd, aged in a natural cellar. The name refers to the artigianal haestetic appearance and to the taste very "rustic".
