Cheese produced by the young cheese-maker Stefan Kohl in the family farm located at an altitude of 1360m in the Nova Ponente area, in the hearts of the Dolomiti. The pepper gets blended under the rennet and it is clearly visible at every cut. The texture is buttery and fondant with intense aromas of melted butter.
