The refinement with acacia honey and a mix of spices (pink pepper, mustard seeds, cloves, fennel, anise) gives intense and spicy aromas to the cheese. Its name comes from a typical dessert of South Tyrol made of dried fruits and spices. The texture is elastic, with a flavor between sweet and acidulous.
