Washed-Rind cheese characterized by a solid surface, a yellow/reddish-brown crust, depending on the level of maturation, and by thin stripes made out of white rot. The texture is buttery and elastic with aromas of goat yoghurt.

White wines like Weißburgunder and Riesling.
