Product made by the Hohenegger family in the Gamsegghof farm. The latter is situated on the edge of the Linga Valley at an altitude of 1920m and takes its name from the mountain to the front looking over Curon. Wrinkly yellow-orange rind, white paste (slightly creamier in the the area just under the rind), intense aromas of grazing land and goat.
