South Tyrol cheese made in the Eggemoahof farm of Selva dei Molini. It is a family business situated at 1300 m of altitude and it exclusively uses the milk of its own Bruna Alpina cows which are not fed ensilaged food in any way. Classic washed-rind cheese cired in matural cellar, orange and thin rind, ideal to cut. The texture is elastic and soluble with aromas of melted butter and hazelnut.
