Gornerspitz

The farm in which the cheese is being produced is situated at 1600m of altitude and benefits from an extraordinary view of the Gornerspritz mountain, from which the cheese take its name. Basket rind cheese, straw-yellow paste, texture buttery and elastica, with a flavor beetwen sweet and acidulous and aromas of undergrowth.
